“ We've been to this place a few times now, the last time was literally four nights ago, but we had to come back tonight when we found out about their April Fools pop up! I HAD to try their Baja Blast Margarita! I was laughing too hard at the table standee during our meal not to. I laughed about it talking about it the last couple days! I just kept thinking about how funny the concept was of taking this particular fast food joint that claims to be Mexican, and redoing it in a genuinely good restaurant. And honestly? I am SO GLAD I made sure I did! I was warned the margarita might be a touch sweet, but especially considering the namesake, I thought it was seriously well balanced. The other cocktails were amazing as well, and I am willing to beg if they'll add all of them to the menu, but especially the Canela Cruise! The food was also amazing though! It genuinely made me think of that fast food, but it was so good at the same time! I was seriously impressed by how well they captured it, while also elevating it to actually be excellent restaurant quality. Just like the drinks, I REALLY want them to serve these again! ESPECIALLY the churros!! We got a second order with extra dulce de leche sauce, it was just too good! So sorry to hype up this pop up, for anyone reading, especially if they haven't made any of the items permanent fixtures yet, but this place is still worth it! And their brunch is also not one to be missed! You may not be able to make the April Fools, but you can still get incredible food! ”
“ Food was delicious, ordered the queso and the pollo asado burrito. Great portions for the price, and came out quickly and fresh. Drinks were not only fun and creative, but strong and delicious! The London fog martini is creamy and delicious, and the blue curaçao margarita is strong and sweet. You can tell the hatch chilis are freshly roasted, highly recommend if you're in the area and want some good Mexican food! ”
“ Came in for happy hour and managed to get a seat last minute. Beautiful place with great drinks and food. Get the Crispy Tacos, an upscale version of Doritos tacos mmmmm...... Also had house margs and popcorn chicken, I don't think you can go wrong here. Get. Those. Tacos! ”
“ Food - Food comes out in fairly large portions. Egg was overcooked for our order. 'Hatch browns' are very crispy but underseasoned, you'll have to add some salt if you like a bit of flavor. Overall filling meal. Service - Fast ordering and simple ordering. Menu is digital. Ambiance - Americanized cantina with large windows for light during the daytime. They also have a bar for some night life drinks. ”
“ So happy to find this place! Had all The things that I love from home! It was a little hot inside due to air conditioning malfunction but other than the drinks and food was excellent! Great range of drinks to choose! ”
“ Went here before a night out for a bachelorette party. The owner brought us all complimentary shots and made small smoothie shots for those of us who don't drink. The tacos were delicious! My one negative is the tortilla chips - it is hard to describe, but they weren't anything special. Some were salted well, some not at all. Some warm, some not. The same bowl of chips was hit-or-miss. I know chips are such an important part of a Mexican restaurant, but I truly couldn't not remove a star due to that. The rest of our evening there was wonderful. ”
